Return Guidelines

At ASOYA.com, we aimed to make your shopping process and enjoyable experience and our return process are made to be hassle-free. After you have received your order, you have 7 days to decide on returning any new, unused products to us, unlike some other companies, we will not charge any restocking fees for any accepted return item, a full credit for the same purchase amount will be granted minus any shipping charges, as the shipping charges are made to the courier companies.

If for any reason, you would like to return a product for either a store credit or refund of the returned product value in within the time period, you may do so. Please kindly contact us, and by providing us the following information will allow us to process your return swiftly:

  1. Your order number,
  2. Product catalog number,
  3. Reason for return.


Once we have received your return request, we will get back to you in within 12 hours with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Then, you can go ahead and return the stated product to our address as confirmed in the email, you may deliver via any shipping method of your choice at your cost.

Please note that:

  • For hygiene purposes, some of the products that were marked with * behind the product names are not returnable, unless they are in their original unopened packaging or are defect.

  • If the reason of returning the product is defective or incomplete, which very rarely happens as we are commited to check through each product before shipping. But, if this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will arrange for an exchange.

  • The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches our warehouse. Hence, we recommend using a traceable delivery method such as registered mail or courier service for your peace of mind.

  • We are only able to accept original/unused item in their original packaging without any stain, perfumes, in new condition, together with the product tag and complete accessories if any.

  • If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection. We reserve the rights to refuse accepting the said returned item and will always notify about the exact reason if that is the case.

  • The shipping charges for returning the product to our warehouse and us to send out any exchange item to your address will be your responsibility. However, for rest assured, we are able to include the exchange item together with your new order without any additional costs, and if your new purchase are above the minumum to qualify for our free shipping promotion, the shipping charges will be absolutely free for your new order together with your exchange item.

  • It may takes up to 7 days for the return package to reaches us. However once we have received the return, we will inspect the package and process the return as soon as possible and keep you updated with the status, together with the credit voucher for the return item if the return has been accepted.
